The commonly used structures of shredders machine mainly include double axis shearing type, single axis roll cutting type and tearing type for coarse crushing.
1) Shear shredder
The most common is the shear crusher, which has two to four knife shafts, and mainly relies on the principle of "cutting and cutting" to complete the crushing process. The principle of this crusher is to crush objects like scissors.
2) Roll cut crusher
Figure 1 shows the structure of a roll cut crusher. The machine is equipped with a plurality of blades on a rotating knife roller to form a counter cutting with the fixed blades to complete the effect of material crushing.
3) Tearing type coarse crusher
The principle of tear type coarse crusher is to swing the hook to tear garbage materials. This type of machine is mainly used for coarse crushing.
