When buying crusher blades, how to choose the right one? The crusher blades manufacturer Huaxin recommends that when purchasing crusher blades, you should choose based on the main points of the main engine speed, feeding speed, feeding speed and screen aperture.

1. Main engine speed

In general, the spindle speed of a hammer mill may be a fixed value, and it is usually not adjusted. Generally, it can reach more than 6000rpm. Due to high speed rotation, this bearing usually requires appropriate spare parts.

2. Feeding speed

The feeding speed will have a certain influence on the particle size of the pulverization. For the materials that are well pulverized, or the materials whose particle size is not strictly controlled, the effect of the feeding speed may not be too obvious. However, for some materials that are difficult to pulverize, it is necessary to strictly control the feeding speed. If the feeding speed is too fast, the particle size after pulverization may not meet the requirements, such as controlling the particle size d0.9<15μm.

3. Feeding speed

In the design of domestic pulverizer blades, there may be design defects. Because the pulverizer will generate suction after opening, even if the feeding speed is very slow, the equipment can quickly suck the material directly into the pulverizing cavity, resulting in poor pulverization effect. At this time, we need to artificially control the feeding speed to improve the crushing effect.

4. Screen aperture

The function of the screen is to filter out the materials that have reached the required particle size, and leave the coarse materials to continue to pulverize until the pulverization is completed. From the introduction of the function of this screen, we can know that the aperture of the screen will have a great influence on our crushing effect.
