The double-shaft shredder blades are mostly claw knives in appearance, and are mainly installed on double-shaft or four-shaft shredders. Generally, they can be divided into single-claw shredder blades and multi-claw shredder blades. By changing the claws The quantity (external shape) of crushing, tearing and squeezing reduces the material to the desired size.

The dual-shaft shredder can usually be used to shred solid materials such as plastic, rubber, fiber, paper, wood, electrical appliances, and cables, and sometimes also shred hard materials, such as high-strength engineering plastics such as nylon, ABS, and PC. The demand for blades is also relatively high.

When using dual shaft shredder blades, we need to pay attention to the following points:

1. During the transportation of the blade, it should be packed in a wooden box to prevent damage to the claws due to bumps.

2. Before installation, carefully check the condition of the blade. If the blade is chipped, tooth loss, etc., you need to contact the manufacturer for replacement in time.

3. When installing, handle it with care. If the blade is too heavy, you need to arrange 2-3 people to install it together. Do not let the claws collide and cause damage.

4. After the blade is installed, check the distance between the blade and the spacer and whether there are foreign objects. Make sure that the thickness of the spacer is slightly thicker than the blade, so as to avoid the dislocation of the two knives and damage the blade.

5. When using the shredder, the operator needs to do a good job of protection to reduce the wear of the blade.
