There are two common cutting edges of the shredder blade, one is a 90 ° flat edge, and the other is an 82 ° oblique edge. The difference between these two types is that compared with the 90 ° blade of the shredder, the edge of the cutting plate is neat and beautiful. The 90 ° blade of the shredder is commonly used to cut thin plates on the shredder because of the small force area of the blade of the oblique shredder.
Common tool steel shredder blades include: T10A is ordinary carbon tool steel, 9CrSi is low alloy tool steel, 6CrW2Si is impact resistant alloy tool steel, and Cr12MoV is die steel.
The purpose of shredder blade annealing: to eliminate forging stress and reduce hardness, and the shredder blade is easy to cut; Prepare for quenching. Because the impact resistant alloy tool steel shredder blade is not annealed, it may break during quenching. The annealing temperature should be 860~880 ℃, and the heating time should be about 3~4 hours. In order to shorten the annealing time, isothermal annealing is generally adopted, i.e. heating at 860~880 ℃ for 3~4 hours and furnace cooling to 700~750 ℃ for 4~6 hours.
Taking the impact resistant alloy tool steel shredder blade as an example, the relationship between heat treatment process characteristics, structure and function is as follows: in the structure, the carbide of the impact resistant alloy tool steel shredder blade is coarse and uneven, which cannot be used directly, and must be forged repeatedly and annealed after forging.
