The reducer used for the shredder blade requires small backlash, impact resistance, and high tooth surface strength. Gear reduction motors are widely used and are indispensable power equipment for mechanical equipment, especially in printing machinery, corrugated machinery, packaging machinery, conveying machinery, food machinery, color box machinery, automatic warehousing, three-dimensional warehouses, three-dimensional parking lot equipment, textile, dyeing and finishing, chemical and other equipment.

The shredder blade reducer should be firmly installed on a stable foundation or base, the oil in the oil tank should be able to be discharged, and the cooling air should be able to circulate smoothly. The foundation is unreliable, causing vibration and noise during operation, causing damage to bearings and gears. When there are protrusions in the transmission coupling or when the transmission uses gears and sprockets, protective devices should be considered for installation. When the output shaft is subjected to a large radial load, reinforcement should be carried out. When installing the shredder blade reducer, attention should be paid to the alignment of the transmission center shaft, and the error should not exceed the compensation for the use of the coupling. Good alignment can extend service life and achieve ideal transmission efficiency.

The frequency of switching the stator phase current of the shredder blade, such as improving the input pulse of the shredder blade drive circuit to make it move at low speed. When the blade of the low-speed shredder waits for the step command, the rotor is in a stopped state. When stepping at low speed, the speed fluctuation will be significant. If high-speed operation is changed at this time, the problem of speed fluctuation can be solved, but the torque will be insufficient. Low speed will cause torque fluctuations, while high speed will cause insufficient torque.
