Tighten all bolts on the cutter bed that secure the blade. Pay attention to the entire process and be careful not to touch any hard objects with the blade. When the crusher blade is in the upper position, turn off the power switch, stop the machine movement, put the machine in the shutdown state, place the machine in the turning state, and turn the lathe to stop the cutter bed in the middle position. When replacing a blade, loosen all the screws that fasten the blade on the cutter bed, insert the accessory knife mounting wrench into the hexagonal hole on the cutter bed, rotate it counterclockwise, and the blade will automatically fall down. Install the screw of the accessory knife mounting handle into the screw hole of the blade. With the knife mounting handle in hand, you can remove the blade from the hook and place it on the accessory rack, then place it in the box for grinding.
