Reasonable selection and installation

Accurate matching: Select appropriate materials and models of blades based on the specifications, production capacity, and characteristics of the processed materials, such as hardness, viscosity, humidity, etc., to ensure that they can withstand the corresponding workload.

Professional installation: Strictly follow the equipment manual for blade installation, ensuring that the gap between the moving and fixed blades is uniform and consistent. Generally, the gap is controlled at 0.1-0.5 millimeters to ensure cutting effectiveness and prevent abnormal friction between blades.

Optimize the operation process

Material handling: Strictly screen and pretreat the materials entering the granulator, remove impurities such as metals and sand, and prevent them from causing accidental damage to the blades. At the same time, control the humidity and temperature of the material to avoid material sticking to the blade due to high humidity or a decrease in blade material performance due to high temperature.

Stable operation: Maintain uniform and stable feeding speed to avoid sudden load changes. Based on the rated power of the granulator and the bearing capacity of the blades, the feed rate should be reasonably set, generally at 80% -90% of the rated feed rate of the equipment.
