Whether a crusher blade is easy to use or not, in addition to the selected steel, the manufacturing process is more important. As a tool made of steel, it has undergone a series of processing from the rough embryo to the blade for the crusher, which requires strict process support. Advanced manufacturing technology can greatly improve the quality of plastic blades, improve the quality of products, and provide a strong processing guarantee for the plastic processing industry.

From filling and selecting materials to finished products, the production of crusher blades needs to go through several links, including material selection, forging, machining, heat treatment and fine grinding. Machining also needs to go through some mechanical processing, such as sawing machine, milling machine and drilling machine. Material selection is the key to the production of blades. Generally, T10 high carbon steel or 65Mn is used as the raw material for general plastic blades, and some other better materials will be selected if required. If you want to process quickly, you can select flat steel, which can be processed directly without forging. For those with higher requirements, round steel or square steel will be selected and forged with hydraulic air hammer to make the steel denser. The plastic crusher blade produced after forging has stronger wear resistance and toughness than the blade without forging.

In addition to forging, heat treatment is also a key link and a process with higher process requirements. When the forged blade is machined, it needs heat treatment, which is often called quenching. There are many ways to quench. Generally, carbon steel and spring steel are oil quenched. They are heated in an electric furnace to a certain extent, and then dragged out to be cooled quickly with oil, so as to reduce the hardness to a certain range. A hardness is generally between 54~58 degrees. Different materials use different hardness. The reason why the heat treatment has high requirements on the process is that in the future use of the blade, the chipping or non wear resistance of the blade are directly related to quenching.

Then comes the precision of the plastic crusher blade. Generally speaking, the precision of the plastic blade is not as good as that of other mechanical tools, but our factory still uses the national standard as the precision processing standard for the plastic crusher blade, and uses the surface grinder to grind the dimensional tolerance of the blade to the dimensional tolerance required by the customer. Then the packaging was tested and the high-quality shredder blades were produced.
