Maintenance of shredder blade

Before starting each time, add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the requirements of lubrication chart. The oil should be clean and free of sediment. Regularly check whether the triangular belt, handle, knob and key of the shredder blade are damaged. If the shredder blade is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time and reported for replacement with spare parts. Avoid cutting thick plates beyond the limit. Regularly adjust the upper and lower blade clearance. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment by non-designated personnel. Usually, people must leave the machine and stop. Regularly check and repair the switch, fuse and handle to ensure their reliable operation. The shredder blade must always be kept clean, and the unpainted part is rust-proof grease.

The plate shall be free from impurities and hard objects. Operate in strict accordance with the operating instructions. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing shall be replaced and filled regularly, and the electrical parts shall be regularly checked for normal, safe and reliable operation. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before work every day. The shearing clearance shall be reasonably selected according to the thickness of the plate. Avoid cutting and welding the old plate.
