1. Selection of raw materials
Generally, the shredder blades are made of Cr12MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2, w18cr4vskh, M2 and other types of steel. Japanese SKD11 steel is generally selected for better quality. The shredder blades produced from this steel are not only wear-resistant, but also not easy to break, and the shredding effect is good. 9CrSi alloy tool steel is generally used for scraps used to tear up rubber, fiber, paper and other materials. The shredder blade produced from this kind of steel is not only very hard, but also brittle and has good wear resistance. In short, the choice of raw materials should be determined according to the type of shredder.
2. Blanking forging
According to the blade drawing of the shredder, the steel is cut. Generally, the laser cutting machine is used for cutting, which is not only accurate, but also smooth, and easy to handle in the later stage. Then, the blank materials shall be forged. During the forging process, flaw detection shall be carried out on the blank materials. If cracks or unqualified blank materials are found, they shall be removed. The unqualified blank materials shall be recycled and shall not be processed.
3. Tempering
The forged blank shall be tempered for preliminary heat treatment. Generally, the tempering temperature is not high. The purpose of tempering is to convert the blank into sorbite.
4. Preliminary processing
The tempered blade blank of the shredder shall be preliminarily processed. The blank shall be forged to remove surface impurities. The blank shall be kept as flat as possible to avoid increasing the workload in the later stage. The preliminarily processed blank shall be prepared for heat treatment.
5. Heat treatment
The heat treatment of the roughcast material of the shredder blade that has been preliminarily processed is mainly aimed at improving the mechanical properties of the shredder blade. After high-temperature heating, it is cooled quickly to make the steel material become martensite. During the heat treatment, the deformation of the steel should be considered and the deformation of the material should be controlled to ensure the quality of the blade.
6. Surface mill
Carry out surface grinding on the treated shredder blades. The surface grinding is mainly to remove surface impurities. During the surface grinding, try to put an allowance of 0.3mm to reduce the workload of fine magic. The surface grinding is conducted on the grinding machine, and the wire cutting can be carried out only when the surface is polished.
7. Wire cutting
During the wire cutting process, do not run too fast, and ensure that it is perpendicular to the plane. When the inner hole is cut by wire, it shall be processed according to the dimensions provided in the drawing, so as not to cause later use and affect the installation of the equipment.
8. Fine grinding
Fine grinding is a process in the blade processing process of the shredder. It is mainly used to polish and treat the blade of the shredder, and conduct hardness test. After passing the test, the blade can be offline, and then packaged.
