The operation method of crusher blade：
（1） Conscientiously do the following in the work:
1. It is not allowed to cut the laminated plate, trim the edge of the rough edge plate, and cut the narrow plate and short plate that are not tightly pressed.
2. The clearance between the cutter plates shall be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but shall not be greater than 1 / 30 of the plate Z. The knife plate shall be fastened firmly, and the upper and lower knife plate surfaces shall be parallel. After adjustment, manual turning shall be applied for inspection to avoid accidents.
3. The cutting edge of the blade shall be kept sharp. If the cutting edge is blunt or cracked, it shall be replaced in time.
4. During shearing, the pressing device shall firmly press the sheet, and it is not allowed to shear under the condition of not pressing tightly.
5. For equipment with hydraulic device, other hydraulic valves except throttle valve shall not be adjusted without permission.
（2） Be careful before work:
1. Before the no-load operation test run, manually turn the machine for one working stroke, and then start the equipment after it is confirmed to be normal.
2. For equipment with hydraulic device and oil storage tank, the oil quantity shall be sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check whether the valve and pipeline have leakage, and the pressure shall meet the requirements. Open the air release valve to release the air in the system.
