Maintenance and upkeep

(1) Timely clean the parts and debris around the Blade For Cutting Rebar;

(2) Pay attention to checking the heating situation of the motor, bearings, shaft sleeves, etc. The temperature rise should not exceed 300C, otherwise it should be repaired.

(3) The appearance of the machine should be protected, and the surface should be kept clean, free of dust, dirt, and rust.

(4) When the machine is not in use, it must be sealed according to the general sealing method specified by the machine.

Lubrication of machines

(1) The lubrication parts must be lubricated regularly, and lubricating oil should be kept in the oil cup regularly. The oil level in the oil window should be within 1/4 to 3/4 of the oil window, and the lubricating oil added must be filtered. The machine should be started after each oil pipe is filled with oil.

(2) The materials, specifications, lubrication methods, and time of lubricants should comply with the provisions.

(3) The machine should idle for 1-2 minutes before operation, and can only be used normally after lubricating oil has leached out from the slide.
