The higher the hardness level of the cutting blade, the better the wear resistance conditions. This is due to the uniformity of the carbide formed particles at the cutting edge. The hardness of vanadium carbide particles is 85HRC, and the hardness of chromium carbide particles is 72HRC. The hardness analysis of iron carbide material particles can reach 100HRC. The more uniform the distribution of carbides and particles, the better the wear resistance. Some carbides have a particle density. The denser the carbides as particles, the higher the edge retention.

The blade of the cutting machine is mainly used on the metal sheet and strip slitting production line, using stable high-speed cutting tool steel SKD, SKH, tungsten steel and other materials. After a complete set of vacuum heat treatment processes, the hardness is uniform, and precision machining is made. The cutting knife is an important part of the tool holder, and its machining precision is even higher. The cutter blade is mainly used for cutting paper, tape, magnetic tape, film, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, aluminum alloy foil, and other items.
