Preparation before Using the Blade For Cutting Rebar:

(1) Due to the removal of the foot pedal positioning screw during packaging, the walking wheel should be installed before installation and use, and then the foot pedal positioning screw should be tightened

Fixed, make the blade move when the pedal is pressed down, and stop moving when it is released. 

(2) Check if the blade is sturdy and positioned properly.

(3) Check the firmness of each part and tighten any loose fasteners. Check if there are any obstacles in each part, and if there are, clean them in a timely manner.

(4) Lubricate the machine according to Table 2.

(5) Connect the power supply, pull out the clutch handle, start the machine, check whether the rotation direction of the large belt pulley is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, if it is opposite, stop the machine immediately, and adjust the phase to change the rotation direction of the motor after the machine stops stably.

(6) Before using the machine, it should be idle for 3-5 minutes and idle for more than 10 cuts before proceeding with work.

(7) The grounding of the machine body should be firm, and the grounding copper wire should not be less than 2.5mm.
